THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A CROSS-CULTURAL CHURCH PLANTING TRAINING CENTER LOCATED IN TIJUANA, MEXICO. THE CORE OF THE TEACHING AT THIS FACILITY IS CULTURE AND LANGUAGE ACQUISITION (CLA), TO TEACH ADAPTATION TO AND FACILITATE CLEAR COMMUNICATION WITH NEW CULTURES. THE INSTRUCTORS COME FROM A CROSS-CULTURAL, CHURCH-PLANTING BACKGROUND. THIS INSTRUCTION IS AUGMENTED BY OUTSIDE FACILITATORS WHO PERIODICALLY TEACH OTHER AREAS. THE STUDENTS HAVE TIME EACH DAY TO SPEND IN THE TIJUANA COMMUNITY TO OBSERVE FIRST-HAND AND TO PRACTICE WHAT THEY ARE LEARNING IN THE CLASSES. 42 STUDENTS GRADUATED IN JUNE 2024, AND A NEW CLASS OF 27 STUDENTS BEGAN IN AUGUST 2024.
