Furthermore, we help providers to pursue a postsecondary education.

The Multicultural Spanish Speaking Providers Association (MSSPA) is a community stakeholder that works with the UDC Community College to increase access to post secondary education for early educators employed in licensed child development facilities in the District.Most of our effort to date has been to expand and strengthen the pathways for the growing Hispanic workforce that represent more than 30% of the childcare sector.
