THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE HEALTH, SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, VOCATIONAL, AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF BOYS AND GIRLS. MASHKISIBI BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB HAD 175 MEMBERS IN 2021, GRADES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE. THE CLUB WAS ABLE TO OPEN BACK UP TO IN PERSON PROGRAMMING ON 7/6/21. WE WERE THEN OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 4 HOURS-A-DAY. THE CLUB WAS OPEN 89 DAYS FROM JULY - NOVEMBER 23, 2021. THE AVERAGE DAILY ATTENDANCE FOR THE CLUB DURING THAT SHORT TIME WAS 14 MEMBERS. ALSO DURING THAT SHORT TIME, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 625 SNACKS AND 613 SUPPERS AT NO COST TO THE YOUTH. DURING THE TIME OF SHUT DOWN, STAFF STILL REACHED YOUTH VIA ZOOM SESSIONS. THE YOUTH AND ADULTS WERE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN COOKING CLASSES, ARTS & CRAFTS, BURLAP BAG GARDENING, YOUTH HALLOWEEN PARTY, TUTORING/HOMEWORK HELP, STEM ACTIVITIES, ETC.
