Campus: IA equips leaders across the campus community from senior administrators, educators, and students with resources and opportunities to enact programs and policies that shift norms in higher education, such that pluralism becomes a dominant paradigm for a thriving, diverse campus culture, equipping students with the bridge building skills to live and lead in a diverse democracy. As a result of new and ongoing initiatives, IA now has a network of 652 campuses that are engaging or have engaged substantively with IA programs over the past 3 years (using calendar years 2023-2025) and are positions to advance institutional change. In FY25, IA staff members provided customized, direct support for 11 campuses, including public institutions, private colleges, and religiously affiliated schools. One major opportunity was the Interfaith Leadership Summit, IA's flagship convening held August 8-10, 2025, where 484 students and educations from 138 campuses gained practical skills, resources, and connections for advancing interfaith cooperation and bridge building on their campuses.

Innovation: IA works to strengthen America's civic landscape by building a culture of social cohesion and fortifying democratic institutions. Through trainings, convenings, grants and fellowships, and network engagement, IA carried out programs that activate, equip, and support faith and community leaders to advance pluralism, decrease polarization, and support our diverse democracy. The Team Up Project - our partnership with Catholic Charities, Habitat for Humanity International, and YMCA of the USA - IA supported bridge building initiatives in communities nationwide and helped to embed pluralism skills and resources through our partners' institutional frameworks. IA's Vote is Sacred Fellowship and Faith in Elections Playbook, together with other resources, encouraged nonpartisan, democratic participation and actionable steps to work together for the common good. The Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) grew to over 2,300 members, and IA offered members a range of convenings, trainings, fellowships, grants, and workshops to refine and expand their pluralism and interfaith leadership skills. This support included several Interfaith at Work Cohorts, which provided a space for members of the ELN to build relationships with other professionals in their sector who are interested in leveraging diversity and promoting cooperation. IA works across the business landscape to build leadership skills to drive religious inclusion and cooperation in the workplace. This includes creating learning experiences and tools to engage diversity in new ways, conversations and keynotes to inspire a commitment to pluralism, bespoke leadership development experiences, and opportunities for professionals to interact with and learn from peers in other industries. IA also hosts regular roundtable events to inspire senior leaders, advance IA's thought leadership in the workplace, and grow our network. Each roundtable convenes senior leaders for intimate, closed-door discussions that examine a pressing issue in the workplace related to religious diversity. IA's Workplace efforts include a particular focus on health-related organizations. Health professionals have increasingly recognized the significant potential of engaging diverse religious and spiritual identities and traditions to improve health outcomes for all. Despite this positive potential, however, research shows that clinicians and other health leaders often lack the knowledge and skills to engage religious diversity effectively.
