YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE TO ENSURE THAT EVERY INTERESTED CHILD HAS A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE AND LEARN. INFINITY INCORPORATED IN 2005 AND IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS. INFINITY VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS, INC. WAS FORMED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE (IRC) AND IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES.
