Mission

THE FOUNDATION is the first logic-based organization fundamentally designed to save the world. Specifically, our stated purpose is to end all preventable ailments throughout the world by giving every individual an equal opportunity to realize their maximum potential through self-sufficiency. Everything we do is guided by The Pono's 5 Elements of Wisdom: Logical Perseverance; Logical Empathy; Perpetual Self-Improvement; The Search for Truth; Enlighten Future Generations. These guiding principles allow us to catalyze empowerment by means of self-sufficiency, which is the key to enabling the oppressed, exploited, and disadvantaged to develop the cognitive competencies needed to save themselves. Achieving our grandiose vision will result in relief of the impoverished, the equalizing of the underprivileged, the diminution of the burdens of government, the elimination of societal deterioration, and allow for sustainable population growth.

Community Safety: THE FOUNDATION renewed the contracts of 3 local security professionals to perform nightly patrols around the neighborhood of Ngunguti in Mkuranga, Tanzania. Their wages were above market rates to enable them to achieve a greater level of financial security. Not only did they perform regular patrols, but they were also able to assist community members in getting home safely and deescalating confrontational situations. This Community Safety Solution came to an end in 2023.

Empowering Self-sufficiency - The Endowment: This FOUNDATION Solution is a quasi-endowment established by the Founder; it is a self-sufficient fund(s) that exists as a learning platform for the disadvantaged to empower their financial self-sufficiency. The Endowment may take years (even decades) to properly establish itself. Eventually, excess returns will be used to fund program services. The expenses of $1,482 are derived solely from service fees charged by the brokerage.

Empowering Self-sufficiency: THE FOUNDATION hired the services of Mr. Shempemba, the head of security, to liquidate the remaining items left in Tanzania (stove, TV, blender, refrigerator, and table & chairs made by a local craftsman). He was given a 50% commission for motivation and economic empowerment. He used this supplemental income to expand his shop and add a security gate to his domicile. In addition, Ms. Katendele, the wife of Mr. Shempemba, performed cleaning and caretaker services. She was given 2 months severance for her part-time contract work for THE FOUNDATION.
