Promoting the arts through the annual art battle. The Wichita Falls Art Association held two Art Battle events in 2024. The first event was a local battle held on March 30, 2024, at Legend's Roadhouse. FOr this event, there were 12 competitors, 27 volunteers, and artists' guests, with 242 additional attendees.The second event was the Texas State Championship Art Battle held on September 28, 2024, at the J.S. Bridwell Ag Barn at the MPEC. For this event, there were 12 competitors, one pre-show artist, 28 volunteers, and artists' guests, with 295 additional attendees.
