CREATIVE MINDS SERVICES ARE INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNED AROUND EACH INDIVIDIUALIS PERSONAL, VOCATIONAL, COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP AND SELF ADVOCACY GOALS. SERVICES AND SUPPORTS ARE PROVIDED BOTH AT OUR VAN NUYS LOCATION AND IN THE COMMUNITY TO ASSIST YOUNG ADULTS TRANSITIONING OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL TO OBTAIIN NECESSARY SKILLS TO TRANSITION INTO ADULT LIFE. OUR PROGRAM ALSO ENABLES PARTICIPANTS TO GAIN SKILLS AND SELF-ESTEEM THAT WILL EMPOWER THEM TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT AND ABLE TO BETTER ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES.
