e2 Ministries was started in 2012 and has met with over 14,000 elders and church staff in conferences and seminars over 14 years, coaching hundreds of elders in over 100 churches. We work to equip elders to lead, by providing practical training, relevant resources, and authentic relationships. One of the ways we did this was to host two conferences. Lead Well Conference - Whether you are a minister, Elder, or a volunteer leader at your church, this conference will help you learn hot to lead the local church with one another. BeLoved Retreat - We invite all women of faith to a 2 day retreat to encourage with to live with Passion & Purpose for the Lord.
