IN ADDITION WE PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MILITARY MEMBERS PRE AND POST DEPLOYMENT AS WELL AS ONE ON ONE FINANCIAL EDUCATION REGARDING MILITARY FINANCE.

HEROES AT HOME IN 2024 SUPPORTED 21 LIVE EVENTS REACHING AN INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE OF 97,4541 IN SIX COUNTRIES. THE SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDED FINANCIAL EDUCATION, MILITARY EDUCATION, SUPPORT FOR PLATOON OF THE YEAR IN THE INTERNATIONAL MORTAR COMPETITION. IN ADDITION TO SUPPORT FOR THE MILITARY, HEROES AT HOME ALSO SUPPORTED THE SERVICE ACADEMIES TO INCLUDE USNA, USAFA AND USMA, USMMA WITH EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS SEEKING TO ENTER THESE ACADEMIES. HAH ALSO PROVIDED SPEAKERS FOR CONGRESSIONAL EVENTS 7 TIMES THROUGHOUT 2024 TO INCLUDE PANELIST FOR THE 25TH AND 27TH CONGRESSIONAL MILITARY SERVICE ACADEMY NOMINATION PANELS. HEROES AT HOME COMPLETED EDUCATION FOR BOARD MEMBERS SERVING ON CONGRESSIONAL ACADEMY SELECTIONS AND 35 HOURS OF TRAINING EACH FOR TWO BOARD MEMBERS SERVING AS ADMISSIONS LIAISON OFFICERS FOR USAFA. BOTH BOARD MEMBERS WERE RE- CERTIFIED. IN ADDITION, HEROES AT HOME SUPPORTED THE TRAINING OF A BOARD MEMBER WHO WAS APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES TO SERVE ON THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM DISTRICT APPEAL BOARD AND SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM VIRTUAL APPEAL BOARD. HEROES AT HOME DONATION MILITARY BACKPACKS FOR FORT BENNING GEORGIA MORTAR PLATOON OF THE YEAR COMPETITION SERVING PLATOONS FROM 6 COUNTRIES. HEROES AT HOME ALSO HELPED TO PURCHASE WINTER COATS FOR SOLDIERS STATIONED OVERSEAS WHO HAD NO SERVICEABLE COATS FOR THE WINTER. DONATIONS TO HELP SUPPORT EVENTS HOSTED BY THE USAFA AND USNA PARENTS CLUBS WERE ALSO PROVIDED FOR APPOINTEE PARENT EDUCATION AND RECOGNITION OF SERVICE ACADEMY APPOINTEES.
