SOMC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION SHALL BE A FUNDRAISING ORGANIZATION AND THE FUNDS RAISED SHALL BE GIVEN EXCLUSIVELY TO SOUTHERN OHIO MEDICAL CENTER. OTHER CHARITIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BENEFIT FROM FUNDS RAISED BY SOMC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, UNLESS APPROVED BY THE SOUTHERN OHIO MEDICAL CENTER GOVERNING BOARD. THE SOMC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954.
