THE CORPORATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THESE AGREEMENTS INCLUDE THE MONITORING OF CONTINUED COMPLIANCE OF PRIVATE DEVELOPERS WITH DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS, AND INCLUDES THE REVIEW OF REQUESTS MADE FOR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY.
