The sport of foxhunting utilizes staff (Huntsman, Whipper-Ins and Kennel staff). The Huntsman is in charge of caring and training of the hounds and horses required by the sport. Additional role is supervising the hounds during the actual sport event. The Whipper-Ins assist the Huntsman. Kennel staff are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kennel facility where the hounds live

Care, breeding and development of hounds: Hounds are bred to achieve certain attributes needed for the sport. There are annual competitions among fox hunts to help determine optimum performance and physical requirements for the sport. We continue to care for our hounds once they are retired.
Encourage junior equestrians by offering scholarships for membership and providing educational and training opportunities (clinics).
