Our Emergency Assistance program includes assistance for rents, utilities, State of Ohio IDs, birth certificates, and work shoes. We provide temporary hotel stays (up to 3 days per year) for homeless individuals. We take phone calls twice a week for rent, utility assistance, and household items. We are open 4 days per week as a walk in service for other services. During this fiscal year, we assisted 88 individuals with birth certificates, assisted 26 individuals with rent and utility assistance and 12 individuals with household items and other assistance.

Our Food Pantry program is open twice per week. We provide food for 3 meals per day for 3 days for each person in the household. We allow a household to return every 28 days. We also provide cleaning, paper, and personal hygiene products. We also maintain a garden to supplement the fresh produce. We served 7,190 individuals with 64,710 meals provided.
Our Christmas Basket program includes a complete Christmas dinner for all members of a household. We distributed 680 baskets, serving 1,836 individuals.
