The aim of this program is to enhance the persons ability in hygiene, dressing ones self, etc. Examples of organizations receiving this aid include Kentucky School for the Blind; Wendell Foster Autism Program, and the Cerebral Palsy School-Mattingly Center. Distributions are made at the request of various Knights of Columbus Councils throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky who provide funds to the association raised by their respective Tootsie Roll Drives.
