The Organization liquidated its remaining assets through grants to other non-profit organizations associated with assisting low income elderly (disabled) individuals. The Organization filed Articles of Dissolution with the West Virginia Secretary of State on November 21, 2019 and the Dissolution was approved by the West Virginia Secretary of State on December 4, 2019.
