The main way that is accomplished is through an education program that reaches 2000 students annually throughout the Cincinnati area. Professionals in the built environment volunteer their time to teach architecture, design, construction, and finance through a 5 month program that is taught inside of educational institutions. This program also assists students in seeing potential career opportunities while strengthening critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
