The facilities are owned and/or operated by Deaconess Long Term Care of Ohio, Inc., which is owned by Deaconess Senior Services, Inc., and are licensed by the State of Ohio. The facilities provide skilled nursing care, with an emphasis on rehabilitation to better able residents to resume their independent lifestyle.
