(2) February 9-26, 2024, Medical, GYN & Ophthalmology teams. MD's, GYN & Ophthalmology Surgeons, FNP's RN's, Pharmacist, Paramedic, medical students and interpreters, total 46. Totals: Medical Clinics 561 patients seen, 1231 Rx's given. Women's Health 121 women seen, Pap smears 80, 29 ultrasounds done. Ophthalmology 68 slit lamp exams, 41 cataract surgeries, 21 patients received one year supply of glaucoma drops. (3) March 23 - April 2, 2024 medical team MD's, FNP, RN's, Pharmacist, Paramedic, medical students and interpreters, team of 39. Totals: Medical Clinics 246 patients seen, 596 Rx's given. (4) July 6-15, 2024 Medical and GYN team, MD's, GYN Surgeon, FNP's, RN, Pharmacist, & interpreters and a medical student, Team of 15. Medical Clinic 121 patients seen, 274 Rx's given, A Haitian patient with glaucoma emergency was taken to Baharona to a ophthalmology surgeon she underwent enucleation of her left eye. The procedure, follow-up and fitting of an artificial eye was paid for. (continued in schedule O)

Western Kenya, Ikolomani District, State of Kakamega (1). Lymphatic Filariasis foot care and general wound care program, A trained wound care nurse conducts rotating clinics in eleven villages. Funding includes her salary, medication and wound care supplies. (2). Worming program for 1,100 children providing semi annual doses of Albendazole and Ivermectin. (3). Tuition assistance for 4 high school students. Tuition and room and board for 2 medical students from Western Kenya attending University of Nairobi. Tuition and boarding for one student attending Medical Officer Training Program at St. Mary's Mumias Hospital. (4). October 31 - November 11, 2024 Medical Clinics were held in 5 villages. MDs, FNP's RN's with Senior Kenyan nursing students serving as translators. 803 patients were seen, 2,388 Rx's were given. 2418 people received Ivermectin and Alnendazole per protocol for prevention of Lymphatic Filariasis. (5) Two pediatric patients who needed urgent surgical intervention were referred to St Elizabeth's Hospital all costs were underwritten by IMA. (6) A Duffel of essential medications was sent with Sr Susan to Horr for the clinic her order operates for the Samburu tribe. (7) All medications remaining were given to St Elizabeth's Hospital, Mukumu. (8) All dressing supplies were left with our wound care nurse. (9) The wells in Matunda and Shichinji drilled in 2006 were repaired..
