HOPE CLINIC PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN AT OR BELOW THE ECONOMIC POVERTY LEVEL. AFFORDABLE SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE PEDIATRIC CARE, OBSTETRICS, GYNECOLOGY, INTERNAL MEDICINE, CHRONIC CARE MANAGEMENT, FAMILY PLANNING, IMMUNIZATIONS, LABORATORY SERVICES ON SITE, VISION SERVICES, DENTAL SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS. HOPE CLINIC IS THE HEALTH SAFETY NET SERVING 31,061 UNIQUE PATIENTS (103,105 CLINICAL VISITS AND 130,677 TOTAL VISITS) IN 2025, OFFERING QUALITY CARE IN OVER 70 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND DIALECTS. HOPE CLINIC PROVIDES QUALITY HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES INCLUDING PRIMARY CARE, COMPREHENSIVE OB/GYN, PREVENTATIVE SERVICES, AND ENABLING SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY.
