At the conference, the is education on administrative items of the fraternity, as well as introduced to a series of professional speakers to help them become better leaders for their chapters. This year the conference was held in Nashville and focused on leadership communication and treasurer duties. - Revenues are collected in the form of a registration fee. All registration fees are then returned at the completion of the leadership conference so there is a net zero cost to attend.
