THE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO ASSIST IN SERVICES TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN KCDC HOUSING WITH AMI'S OF 50% OR BELOW, INCLUDING ACCESS TO SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH SERVICES, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, FOOD ACCESS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY SERVICES.
