COMMUNITY CARE PACE CURRENTLY SERVES MORE THAN 500 MEMBERS IN MILWAUKEE, WAUKESHA, KENOSHA, AND RACINE COUNTIES.PACE OFFERS A BENEFIT PACKAGE THAT COMBINES MEDICAL CARE, LONG-TERM CARE AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
