Friends of Tri-City Animal Shelter partner with Tri-City Animal Shelter & Adoption Center to care for the multitude of animals who arrive at the shelter in need. The shelter is a municipal shelter serving the cities of Cedar Hill, Duncanville & DeSoto, TX. On August 28, 2021, we accomplished the goal, for which we raised $500,000, to open the Lifesaving & Learning Center (LLC). The LLC provides a state-of-the-art surgery facility that includes emergency surgeries & veterinary care as well as in-house spay/neutering of all adoptable animals. The Friends have provided funding for this program since 2013. See Schedule O for further information.
