A PRESERVED 400 ACRE FARM: THIS CULTURAL LANDSCAPE HAS BEEN SHAPED BY EUROPEAN HANDS FOR OVER 200 YEARS AND IS A TESTAMENT TO THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO HAVE GONE BEFORE. THE FARM, WHICH IS PROTECTED FROM FUTURE DEVELOPMENT BY A CONSERVATION EASEMENT, SERVES AS A REMINDER OF LONG BRANCH'S ONCE PROMINENT ROLE AS A MASSIVE PLANTATION. OUR HERD OF RETIRED HORSES HARKENS BACK TO OUR PROUD EQUINE HERITAGE. WITH MILES OF PUBLICALLY ACCESSIBLE ROADS AND 14 MILES OF FENCING, THE LANDSCAPE AND ITS HORSES IS AN ASSET TO CLARKE COUNTY AND CITIZENS WHO ENJOY OUR GROUNDS.
