DURING 2021, PARTNERSHIP FOR A NEW AMERICAN ECONOMY RESEARCH FUND (PNAERF) FUNDED VARIOUS ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION TO INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE ECONOMIC MERITS OF IMMIGRATION AND THE COSTS OF MAINTAINING THE CURRENT SYSTEM. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING: RESEARCH AND REPORTS, WHICH WERE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC ON THE INTERNET. A COVID-19 AND IMMIGRATION PORTAL DETAILING HOW THE PANDEMIC IMPACTS IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES AND HOW THOSE COMMUNITIES CONTRIBUTE ON THE FRONT LINES, AN UPDATED CITIES INDEX MEASURING HOW WELL THE TOP 100 CITIES ARE INTEGRATNG IMMIGRANTS, DATA INTERACTIVES INCLUDING VISUALIZATIONS ON IMMIGRANTS IN AGRICULTURE AND FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES OWNED BY IMMIGRANTS, AND OTHER NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL STUDIES. PNAERF ALSO LAUNCHED NEW ARTS AND CULTURE PROGRAMMING, INCLUDING: THE NAE FILM CLUB, THE NAE LIT CLUB AND THE YOUTH UNITY PROGRAM, A CAPSULE CURRICULUM DEVELOPED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE YMCA TO EDUCATE YOUTH ABOUT THE IMMIGRATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATING ACROSS DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS.
