THROUGH OUR RENT AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, ST. VINCENT DE PAUL NKY SAVED OVER 12,700 INDIVIDUALS FROM EVICTION, OUR FOOD PANTRY PROGRAM MADE UP OF 29 PANTRIES PROVIDED FOOD FOR 43,000 INDIVIDUALS IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY OF WHICH 20,400 WERE SERVED IN OUR CHOICE PANTRIES IN ERLANGER AND COLD SPRING.

THE OPERATION OF A CALL CENTER TO RECEIVE CALLS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO PAY FOR THEIR BASIC LIVING EXPENSES SUCH AS FOOD AND HOUSING. CASES ARE DISPATCHED FROM THE CALL CENTER TO HOME VISITORS WHO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THOSE QUALIFYING FOR ASSISTANCE. DURING THE LAST FISCAL YEAR, THE CALL CENTER FIELDED OVER 18,300 CALLS. 12,300 OF THOSE CALLS TRANSLATED INTO CASES FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE LAST FISCAL YEAR.
