Hope of Home Outreach Program, provides assistance to over 65 families in Liberia and surrounding areas, who are caring for their own special needs child. This year, funds provided the program to continue training, giving family support, encouragement, medical assistance, financial support and bi-weekly home visits by our program nurses. Our main goal of this program is to help families feel supported, so they are less likely to abandon their child due to stigma and being ostracized. We also help families become self-sufficient.
