Hartford Youth Sports Collaborative Program - Building on the success of the Jump Start Program funded with ARPA funds, Active City continued its management of the Hartford Youth Sports Collaborative, to support and build capacity of Hartford based youth sport providers. Hartford Girls Sports Club - With funding from the Justice Education Center, Active City invested in developing the Hartford Girls Sports Club, an Inspire Girls Wellness program executed through a partnership between the Wilson Gray YMCA and CT Lady Canes basketball program. The program launched in January 2025 and is scheduled to run through December.Night Gyms- With funding from the Justice Education Center, Active City collaborated with Hartford Public Schools, the City of Hartford Sports & Recreation Department, and 8 members of the Hartford Youth Sport Collaborative to open up 4 school gyms for 6 weeks in July and August 2024.
