WE PAY A RETAINER EACH MONTH TO A LAW FIRM WHO REPRESENTS OUR MEMBERS IN BOTH ADMINISTRATIVE GRIEVANCES AND CRIMINAL DEFENSE IF NECESSARY. WE HAVE PAID FOR OUR MEMBERS TO OBTAIN SEVERAL TRAINING COURSES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO BETTER THEIR SKILLS AND ABILITIES.
