The mission of the LAHS Band Boosters is to support the Los Alamitos High School Marching Band with monies for programs as well as volunteer support. The Los Alamitos High School Marching Band is an award winning group consisting of wind (brass & woodwind) players, percussionists (front ensemble and marching percussion) and color guard (flags, rifles, sabers, props and dancers). The Marching Band currently competes in the 3A division in the WBA- Western Band Association Circuit.The Los Alamitos High School Band Boosters supports the band in a number of ways. Each year the monies provide coaches to teach the students, travel and entry fees for the competitions, equipment purchases and repairs, music drill writing, uniforms for the students to wear as well as an end of the year banquet to celebrate the accomplishments.
