KNOWN AS THE IRVINE SPECTRUM.AMONG THE GENERAL PURPOSES IS TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND GENERAL WELFARE OF ALL DRIVERS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THE AREA IS COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 1,700 ACRES AND IS HOME TO OVER 3,800 COMPANIES EMPLOYING IN EXCESS OF 116,000 PEOPLE. THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO FACILITATE EMPLOYERS, DEVELOPERS, BUILDING OWNERS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE, AND OTHERS WITHIN IRVINE SPECTRUM TO WORK TOGETHER AND COLLECTIVELY ESTABLISH POLICIES, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES TO REDUCE CAR TRAFFIC IN THE AREA.
