Fraternity House, Inc. is a service organization that only cares for people who are diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and are homeless, housing insecure, or low-income. The five current largest program services are: 1 Housing, 2 Caregiving, 3 Case Management, 4 Activities and Rehabilitation The Dignity Project, and 5 Semi-Independent Living. Housing focuses on the overall operations and maintenance of our 24-hour care home. Caregiving is the backbone of our 24-hour care services, being necessary in fulfilling state licensing requirements. Residents receive 24-hour per day personal care and are supervised in their activities of daily living and in adherence with complex medication regimens. Both Case Management and Activities/Rehabilitation connect our residents with medical, mental health, and other needed services as well as goal setting to rebuild their lives and obtain a greater level of independence. We engage every resident in working toward a return to independent living. As of 2025, Semi-Independent Living is in its fifth-year operating apartments where residents live quasi-independently with a safety net of services to ensure continued autonomy.
