STATEMENT REGARDING HUMANITARIAN DONATIONS_________________________________________THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES DONATIONS OF CLOTHING FROM VARIOUS BUSINESSES WHICH IT DISTRIBUTES AT PUBLIC EVENTS. THE FOUNDATION'S PARTICIPATION AT THESE EVENTS PROVIDES A FORUM IN WHICH IT CAN DISTRIBUTE ITS OWN CHILD SAFETY KITS, AS WELL AS PROVIDE CLOTHING TO NEEDY FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. THE FOUNDATION PARTICIPATED IN ELEVEN SUCH EVENTS DURING 2023 AND DISTRIBUTED A TOTAL OF $1,874,118 OF CLOTHING. AT THE END OF 2023 THE FOUNDATION DID NOT HAVE ANY DONATED CLOTHING INVENTORY.
