The Thai Association of San Diego County join with The Prostheses Foundation of Thailand on August 2, 2006 and this is additional objectives and purposes to help and support The Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. The Princess Mother in Chiangmai, Thailand. 1. To provide free artificial legs for amputees, regardless of nationality or region. 2. To provide prosthetic parts for workshops which can make and repair the same type prostheses as the Foundations without charges. 3. To provide other aids for the daily living such as crutches, cans or walkers, that make possible for the disabled to work. 4. To train prosthetist in hospitals or medical centers to make the Foundations type prostheses and increase their skills and knowledge.
