THE OWNERSHIP PERCENTAGE AS THE NONPROFIT PARTNER IS GENERALLY 1% OR LESS AND FOR MANY PROJECTS THE UP-FRONT CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS IS NOT REQUIRED OR INSIGNIFICANT.
