United States - In 2024, Mission Plasticos also provided reconstructive surgical care across the United States through the Reshaping Lives Full Circle program, offering no-cost breast reconstruction for uninsured and underinsured post-mastectomy women. Eighty-nine procedures were completed, including breast and nipple-areolar reconstruction and tattooing. One procedure was conducted under the Reshaping Lives America initiative to address a congenital abnormality.

Cabo San Lucas Mexico - From June 24-28 2024 volunteers traveled to Cabo San Lucas Mexico to perform reconstructive surgical procedures for underserved patients. Twenty-six patients received care, with fifty-three procedures completed. Twenty-three percent of procedures were performed on children and seventy-seven percent on adults, including breast, scar and extremity reconstructions. Training local medical staff remained a key component of the mission.
