CONSISTS OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND SUPPORTING CONTRIBUTORS. THE SEAL CONSERVANCY IS THE SPOKESPERSON FOR THE SEALS IN THE MEDIA, IN COURTROOMS, AND IN PUBLIC DEBATES.
