Alliance for Legal Fairness ('The Association') was formed on December 17, 2024 for the purpose of operating a multi-sector coalition promotes policies that will foster a dynamic and fair environment for economic growth, with a specific focus on technology and privacy issues at the state level. In 2025, this includes specific efforts to educate the business community and policy makers on the state of wiretapping litigation in California, to clarify provisions of the California criminal laws relating to wiretapping so that abusive litigation will be reduced, and to provide litigation support in the form of amici curiae briefs regarding the same. ALF's educational and advocacy efforts will be guided by ALF's General Counsel, Lobbyist Employer and members, who are state policy professionals.
