May 13-17,2026 we will be holding a multi-day event including tours of the area black tie dinner cocktail receptions etc. We have started to collect registration fees which is shown in the Revenue above. The expenses shown are costs that we have already paid for these include deposits for buses venue deposits decorations gift bags and items etc. The remainder of the revenue will be spent in 2026 this would include caterings transportation flowers brochures decorations etc.
