New City Networks begins by finding entreprenurial Christian leaders in developing countries who have a vision for youth leadership development, but arent sure how to make it thrive, or lack the capacity for sustainability. We share with these partners our 30 years of experience in running youth employment and enrichment programs. Second, we work with the leaders of each organization to create a logic model for their organizations. Third, we help these organizations become financially self-sustaining. Because we have expert designers who are at the top of their field in the US working with us, we can help these non-profits stand out in their countries as excellent places to invest. Currently in start-up phase and funding.
