Eliza Jennings Home is a 126-bed community providing amenities such as licensed, professional staff on duty 24 hours a day; access to a physician and nurse 24/7; medication management provided by in-house clinical staff; transportation to hospital and physician appointments as well as community events; private rehabilitation suites; outstanding physical, occupational and speech therapy services seven days a week; comprehensive wound care and IV therapy; memory support care; pharmaceutical services; dining services; beauty and barber services; and housekeeping and laundry services. Eliza Jennings helped pioneer the culture-change movement in long-term care, being among the first to focus on maximizing the quality of life for residents through a person-centered care philosophy. This philosophy has transformed the culture into an environment that more closely resembles home and promotes individual choice. Eliza Jennings offers short and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, and respite care.Eliza Jennings Home operates within the Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a provider of residential and community-based aging services, which also includes Devon Oaks, Eliza Jennings Inc., Olmsted Assisted Living Corp, Olmsted Health & Services, Olmsted Residence Corp, Acacia Place Adult Day Center, and Northeast Ohio Home Care which offers services including but not limited to skilled home health services.Eliza Jennings is committed to offering compassionate care and support to individuals and their families who are facing advanced illness and end-of-life care decisions.
