THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 50 UNIT HIGH-RISE APARTMENT COMPLEX KNOWN AS DOMINION BUILDING APARTMENTS LOCATED IN LIMA, OHIO, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING AND RELATED SERVICES FOR VERY LOW AND LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS AND APPROXIMATELY 423 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AND A MORTGAGE INSURED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
