THE MISSION OF THE COMMISSION FOR JEWISH EDUCATION IS TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION OF QUALITY JEWISH EDUCATION FOR ALL JEWS IN OUR REGIONAL COMMUNITY; TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY IN THE HISTORY, LANGUAGE, TRADITION AND LITERATURE OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE; TO TRANSMIT JEWISH VALUES; TO DEVELOP A COMMITMENT TO JEWISH LIVING; AND, TO FOSTER AN IDENTIFICATION WITH ISRAEL.
