THE TRUSTEE MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS TO THE NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BENJAMIN ROSE INSTITUTE HAS AUTHORITY TO DIRECT AND APPROVE INVESTMENTS, THE TRUSTEE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO AMEND THE DOCUMENT TO ENSURE THE CONTINUATION TO QUALIFY AS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.
