THE OBJECTIVES ARE MET BY PARTICIPATING AND DONATING TO VARIOUS CLUB AND COMMUNITY FUNCTIONS, SUCH AS COMMUNITY JULY 4 CELEBRATIONS, VETERANS AND FLAG DAY CELEBRATIONS, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS, VARIOUS LOCAL SCHOOL FUNCTIONS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY PROJECTS. A COLOR GUARD AND FIRING SQUAD PARTICIPATES IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES AND VETERAN'S FUNERAL SERVICES. THE CLUB CONTRIBUTES TO VARIOUS AMERICAN LEGION SPONSORED VETERANS AND CHILDRENS HOMES. IN ADDITION, ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED AS NEEDED TO DISABLED AND NEEDY VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
