THE FILING ORGANIZATION IS A PART OF THE ASCENSION CATHOLIC HEALTH MINISTRY. ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. St. Mary's Health, Inc. is comprised of two hospital campuses, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville, a 339-bed acute care hospital and Ascension St. Vincent Orthopedic Hospital, a 24-bed orthopedic hospital, both of which provide services without regard to patient race, creed, national origin, economic status, or ability to pay. During fiscal year 2025, St. Mary's Health, Inc. treated 14,822 adults and children for a total of 68,618 patient days of service. The hospital also provided services for 376,362 outpatient visits, which included 18,032 outpatient surgeries and 49,453 Emergency Room Visits.
