DISABILITY SUPPORTS RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT IS THE ADULT RESIDENTIAL DIVISION OF PATHFINDER AND BEGAN IMPACTING LIVES IN 1966. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTS OFFERS SUPPORTED LIVING, INDEPENDENT LIVING, AND GROUP HOME LIVING TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, SUPPORTING THEM TO LIVE INCLUSIVE LIVES IN THEIR COMMUNITY OF CHOICE. THE CONNECTIONS PROGRAM IS OFFERED TO BUILD WORK AND LIFE SKILLS IN AREAS OF INTEREST THAT INCLUDE CLASSROOM, VOLUNTEER, ARTISTIC, AND COMMUNITY EXPERIENCES.

EARLY LEARNING CENTER THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER IS THE EARLY CHILDHOOD DIVISION OF PATHFINDER. IT WAS LAUNCHED IN 1990 TO PROVIDE AN INTEGRATED PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES WHERE THEY CAN LEARN, PLAY, AND GROW TOGETHER. THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER FOCUSES ON EDUCATION FOR THE CHILD AND FAMILY SUPPORT FOR CAREGIVERS. WE HAVE REVERSE SERVICE SLOTS FOR PRENATAL MOTHERS AND CHILDREN AGES 0-3 IN OUR EARLY HEAD START PROGRAM. WE PROVIDE AN EARLY EDUCATION PRESCHOOL PROGRAM THROUGH ON MY WAY PRE-K, WHICH INCLUDES KINDERGARTEN READINESS, LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT, AND CREATIVE EDUCATIONAL PLAY.
