Supported living offers life-fulfilling services and are supported through the Family Supports Waiver and the Community Integration Waiver. The individuals are supported in making their own decisions, with their support team, to create the life they want. Staff are trained to help the people we serve explore hobbies and build relationships in the community where they live. We also a residential service that provides support to help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. Support can be provided in the home or apartment and can for a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day.
