Hubbard Hill Estates, Inc. (Hubbard Hill Living Wisdom Community) is a nonprofit, faith based continuing care retirement community designed as a full service campus that supports older adults with dignity, compassion, and respect throughout all stages of aging. Guided by a Christ centered mission, Hubbard Hill provides a full continuum of care in a peaceful, supportive environment that offers reassurance to residents and peace of mind to families.The campus includes private independent living homes, licensed assisted living apartments, dedicated memory care assisted living apartments, and a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Residents have access to wellness, recreational, social, and spiritual programming that supports whole person well being, including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. A full time chaplain provides ongoing spiritual care and support to residents and families.In addition to senior living and health services, Hubbard Hill operates an on campus infant through pre-kindergarten educational program that emphasizes intergenerational learning and relationship building between children and older adults. Through shared activities, planned interactions, and everyday moments of connection, residents and children benefit from meaningful engagement that fosters mutual respect, joy, and a strong sense of community. These intergenerational experiences enhance residents' quality of life while reflecting Hubbard Hill's commitment to nurturing relationships across generations.Hubbard Hill's assisted living services support residents who need help with activities of daily living, including personal care and medication management, in a safe and supportive environment. Licensed nursing staff are available around the clock to assess and supervise resident needs while living in one of 112 on campus apartments. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Hubbard Hill provided 35,555 resident days of assisted living services.The campus also includes a 66 bed skilled nursing facility providing both short term rehabilitation and long term care, with 24 hour nursing services and access to therapy, dietary, and medical support services. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Hubbard Hill provided 22,215 skilled nursing resident days, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay services.A dedicated memory care assisted living neighborhood offers specialized support for individuals living with dementia in a secure, nurturing environment designed to promote comfort, familiarity, and engagement. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Hubbard Hill provided 12,453 resident days of memory care assisted living services.Across its full continuum of care and intergenerational programs, Hubbard Hill remains committed to honoring each individual's inherent worth, fostering community, and serving residents and families with compassion, faith, and integrity.
